WARRANTY: All products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
RETURN POLICY: Products may only be returned because of manufacturing defects.
RETURN POLICY PROCEEDURE: Please obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service. RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
CLAIMS: Claims for errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Claims for freight damage should be addressed to the carrier.
